Our end-to-end design process has multiple steps that start from the first client meeting and ends at product launching. The process consists of the following actions: Client meeting via zoom or meet, Planning and Research, Brainstorming, Wire-frame Creation, Content creation, UI Design, Prototyping, Testing, and finally launching.

We believe in maintaining transparency with our clients. To maintain this, we share a detailed plan of how we are going to progress with the project along with the schedule. We also stay connected with clients via Slack and provide regular updates through Click Up. In this manner, clients never miss any updates on the project development and can see the live progress of design In Figma anytime.

The amount of time required for each project depends on the project itself. But on average the time range is from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on how much work needs to be done. For instance, building an MVP may take less than two weeks whereas starting from scratch, conducting user research, and making a user persona may take 3 months. We give our clients an estimated duration with a journey map after reviewing the project documentation file.

There are a variety of reasons to select a creative agency over a freelancer. Both sides have advantages, but this site offers more advantages if you employ a design agency. A creative agency consists of a group of professionals with different expertise and this is what makes them dynamic. You can get multiple possible solutions and insights instead of one. Also, working with a professional agency eliminates this risk of failure because the team can still meet your deadlines even if one member is sick but a freelancer can not do that. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. Some projects can be completed in a matter of a week, while others can take as long as six months. As a result, the cost of a project can range from $5,000 to $50,000 or even more, depending on the time and resources required.

Payments can be made via Wise, Payoneer, or Bank transfer. Typically, we establish three milestones for a fixed project. This includes a 30% Upfront payment. 40% in the middle and another 30% after completion. When the payment is 100% done we hand over the project file to clients. Also, there are no hidden or separate charges. Clients only have to pay what is discussed.

We want you to be confident in your choice to work with us and we are also confident you won't be disappointed with us. We have a long list of happy clients. But unfortunate things happen sometimes. We leave no stone unturned to provide the best solution that meets your business needs still if you are not satisfied with the results we will rectify it after consulting with you. We will also respect your decision if want to cancel the contract. No need to pay if the work has not started. If the project starts and goes a few days we will send the al the files to you that have been done. No need for the next/extra payment for that.
